Who do you blame if everything goes south? Probably yourself. Well, think about the environment you live in for a second. Do you think it might have something to do with it?
Think of 5 people you spend the most time with.
Who are those people?
What do they do?
How much money do they make?
How do they make you feel?
Do you have similar principles?
Do you want to be like them?
Do you want your kids to be like them?
Answer those questions and think again if your environment doesn't influence you.
I lived a completely different life a few years ago. I was unhappy, 35 lb overweight, with no stable income, and no goals. The truth is, most of the people I spent time with were just like that. Only after I started meeting new people, reading books for self-development, work on my goals and on myself overall I started shaping that me that I really wanted to have for a long time. I got the job I wanted, lost 35 lbs, started exercising, bought and renovated my own place, and started a side hustle by helping people and companies with their online presence.
I know firsthand how easy it is to live a zombie life instead of going out of your comfort zone with that new job, meeting new people, finding a hobby, doing morning exercises, meditation, and self-development.
There are so many practices you can incorporate into your days!
